Anonymous Usage & Diagnostic Data
The app collects anonymous usage and diagnostic data to help us improve performance and reliability. This includes information such as feature interactions, crash reports, and general performance metrics. This data cannot be used to identify you personally — no names, email addresses, or device identifiers are associated with it.
Anonymous Event Analytics
For event organizers using the FestiFox platform, we provide aggregate, anonymous analytics — such as which lineup sections were most viewed, peak usage times, and general engagement patterns. These analytics are fully anonymized and contain no personally identifiable information about individual attendees.
How We Use Data

App improvement — anonymous usage and diagnostic data is used solely to identify bugs, improve performance, and guide feature development.

Organizer analytics — aggregate event engagement data is made available to event organizers to help them understand how attendees interact with their event in the app.
